The Team and Invites sections of the management dashboard give you full control over who has access to your property and what they can do.
Team Page (/manage/team)
The Team page shows all current members with access to your property:
Each member card shows:
- Name and avatar
- Role badge (color-coded by access level)
- Email address
- Assigned outlets (where they are scoped)
Role Levels
| Role | Level | Key Capabilities |
|---|---|---|
| Employee | 10 | View own tips |
| Front Desk | 20 | Create tips, view payments |
| Manager | 30 | View all tips, authorize tips, view reports |
| Outlet Admin | 40 | + Manage employees, view analytics, cancel tips |
| Department Admin | 50 | + Refund payments |

Editing a Member's Role
- Click the Edit button on a team member's card (or click their name).
- In the Edit Role modal, select the new role from the dropdown.
- Click Save. The change takes effect immediately on their next page load.
Removing a Member
Click Remove on a team member's card. Confirm in the dialog. The member immediately loses access to the management area. Their personal employee record (and earnings history) is not deleted - only their management access is revoked.
Invites Page (/manage/team/invites)
Use Invites to bring new employees onto the platform.
