The Team and Invites sections of the management dashboard give you full control over who has access to your property and what they can do.

Team Page (/manage/team)

The Team page shows all current members with access to your property:

Each member card shows:

  • Name and avatar
  • Role badge (color-coded by access level)
  • Email address
  • Assigned outlets (where they are scoped)

Editing a Member's Role

  1. Click the Edit button on a team member's card (or click their name).
  2. In the Edit Role modal, select the new role from the dropdown.
  3. Click Save. The change takes effect immediately on their next page load.

Removing a Member

Click Remove on a team member's card. Confirm in the dialog. The member immediately loses access to the management area. Their personal employee record (and earnings history) is not deleted - only their management access is revoked.
