The property management dashboard (my.aplauso.io → Manage) is the control center for venue managers. It gives you a real-time view of your property's performance and the tools to manage your team, structure, and settings.
Accessing the Management Area
You must have a role of Manager (30) or above to access the management dashboard. If you are a manager but see only the personal dashboard, contact your property administrator to verify your role assignment.
Click Manage in the top navigation bar to enter the management workspace. The system routes you to:
- Properties list - if you are a Manager or OutletAdmin
- Organization overview - if you are a RegionalAdmin or above
Properties List
The properties list (/manage/properties) shows a card for each property you have access to:

Click + Add Property to create a new property (requires PropertyAdmin+).
Property Detail Page
Clicking a property opens the detail page with:
KPI Panel
Four cards at the top:
- Departments - count of active departments
- Outlets - count of active outlets
- Employees - count of team members
- Open Alerts - unresolved performance signals

The PropertyHierarchyTree component visualizes your property structure:

Quick-Add Modals
Two shortcut buttons on the property detail page:
- + Add Department - enter name and save
- + Add Outlet - enter name and outlet type (QR, etc.)

The property sidebar (left side, collapsible) provides access to all management areas:
- Properties - list of all your properties
- Team - manage employees and their roles
- Invites - create and manage invite links/codes
- Departments - list and manage departments
- Outlets - list and manage outlets
- Insights - analytics command center
- Reports - summarized performance reports
- Guests - guest list and visit history
- Ratings - all guest ratings across the property
- Tips - all tip transactions
Setup Wizard
First-time users see a Setup Wizard button in the property sidebar. The wizard guides you step-by-step through creating your first department, outlet, and employee invite. Click it any time to re-run the guided flow.
