Notification settings: tips, ratings, reports, and alerts

Learn how the authenticated inbox and optional delivery channels work for your account.

The authenticated inbox at /notifications is the durable place to review eligible account and activity updates.
Personal messages about your recorded allocations, Wallet, and security stay in your Personal inbox. Operational, service-recovery, and opportunity messages appear only in an authorized Business workspace.
Email, push, and SMS are optional and depend on the event, your preferences, a verified destination, and the current release. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed.
Mandatory security and transactional messages follow a separate policy and are not marketing messages.

The practical path

  1. 1

Open the Home bell to enter the authenticated /notifications inbox. You can also open Settings > Notifications to review available preferences.

  2. 2

Use Personal for your own activity, referrals, accomplishments, Wallet status, and security notices. If you are an authorized manager, use Business for operational messages within the organization, property, department, or outlet scope you can access.

  3. 3

Open a message to review its details and available action. You can mark one message or all messages as read; opening Activity or switching workspaces does not mark messages as read automatically.

  4. 4

Enable or disable each optional channel and topic only where the current settings expose it. Device permissions, registered tokens, verified destinations, event policy, and provider acceptance still determine whether an external delivery can occur.

  5. 5

Use Wallet to review the current status of any withdrawal you start. A notification about a recorded allocation or provider status does not confirm Wallet availability or receipt by a bank or other destination.

Common questions

Where can I see my notifications?

Open the Home bell to enter the authenticated /notifications inbox. That inbox keeps the durable read and unread state; optional external deliveries do not replace it.

Do Personal and Business messages appear in one inbox?

No. Personal messages stay in the Personal inbox. Authorized managers see operational messages in the Business workspace for their permitted scope. Switching workspaces does not grant additional access.

Why did an email, push notification, or SMS not arrive?

External channels are optional when available and depend on preferences, verified destinations, device permissions, a supported build, registered tokens, system limits, event policy, and provider acceptance. Check the authenticated inbox first.

Does a notification mean that a payment was received?

No. A notification may describe a recorded allocation or a current Wallet or provider status. A provider-sent status does not confirm that a bank or other destination received funds. Receipt is shown only when authorized evidence confirms it.

Can I turn off every notification?

Preferences can control optional channels and marketing messages when those settings are available. Mandatory security and transactional records may still be required.
