Use the app’s current phone or email verification flow to sign in or create an eligible account. A verification code is short-lived, bound to its intended recipient, and should be entered only in the Aplauso flow you initiated. A code, session, screen, or device does not grant access to another person’s account, another Business scope, an administrative role, or an external API.

Protect the verification process

Request a new code only if you can receive it and the app tells you to do so. Do not disclose a code, password, token, session value, identity document, card, or bank data to anyone claiming to be Support. If the app reports a verification or sign-in problem, use the displayed recovery option and verify the account and contact method you are using.

Report an issue safely

Provide the account type, non-sensitive error, approximate time, device and app version if available. Support can investigate the recorded authentication flow but cannot bypass verification, reveal a code, or create access outside the server-authorized account and scope.
