Common questions
Is the mobile app required for a guest to leave a tip?
No. Guests use the browser-based guest journey. The mobile app is for the employee experience, including earnings, activity, wallet, profile, and sharing tools.
Can I accept a card tap directly in the Aplauso employee app?
Not in the current mobile app. Use the QR or sharing flow so the guest can complete the browser-based payment journey on their own device.
