Aplauso may present Live, Sandbox, and Demo contexts through authorized product controls. It does not provide a self-service public API for creating an environment, switching a property by URL or parameter, or changing production records through an internal route. A query value, browser storage value, or copied request does not override the environment resolved by the product.
Keep contexts separate
Confirm the visible authorized scope and active environment before testing or relying on a result. A record, report, QR flow, payment attempt, Wallet value, or provider state in a non-Live context does not prove the corresponding Live result. Do not test with real guest, payment, bank, card, password, or verification data unless the current approved product workflow expressly supports it.
Get help safely
For an environment issue, provide the authorized property or organization, the environment shown by the product, approximate time, and a non-sensitive error or reference. Support cannot use a ticket to override access, switch a protected environment, or certify a payment or payout outcome.
