The Aplauso dashboard at my.aplauso.io is a single web application that adapts to your role. Depending on whether you are a frontline employee, a property manager, or a regional director, you will see a different view - each designed for your specific responsibilities.
The Three Dashboard Scopes

Personal Dashboard
The personal dashboard is the default view when you sign in. It shows your own earnings, tips, ratings, QR code tools, and payout management.
The left sidebar (collapsible) contains:
- Dashboard - Overview, Tips & Ratings, Transactions
- Money - Payouts, Referrals
- Tools - QR Templates, Achievements
- Account - Settings
Property Management Dashboard
If your role is Manager or higher, you see a "Manage" option at the top of the screen. Clicking it takes you to the property management area where you can view team performance, manage employees, access Insights analytics, and configure your property settings.
The property sidebar shows:
- A hierarchical tree view of your property → departments → outlets
- Navigation to: Properties, Team, Invites, Departments, Outlets, Insights, Reports, Guests, Ratings, Tips
Organization Dashboard
If you are a Regional Admin or above, the Manage area routes you to the organization overview - a cross-property command center where you can see portfolio health, compare property performance, manage finance flows, and monitor alerts across all venues.
The organization sidebar contains:
- Command - Overview, Analytics, Finance, Alerts, Settings
- Monitor - Visits, Guests, Employees, Departments, Outlets
- Configure - Properties
Switching Between Scopes
Use the Dashboard Switcher in the top navigation bar to flip between your personal employee view and the management workspace at any time. Your personal data is always accessible regardless of your management role.
Signing In
Go to my.aplauso.io in any browser. You will be redirected to Aplauso's auth service to sign in with:
- Phone OTP (recommended)
- Email and password
After signing in, you land directly on your personal overview or, if you are a manager, your role-appropriate management view.
