The Aplauso dashboard at my.aplauso.io is a single web application that adapts to your role. Depending on whether you are a frontline employee, a property manager, or a regional director, you will see a different view - each designed for your specific responsibilities.
Workspaces and Business Scopes

Personal Dashboard
The personal dashboard is the default view when you sign in. It shows your own earnings, tips, ratings, QR code tools, and payout management.
The left sidebar (collapsible) contains:
- Dashboard - Overview, Tips & Ratings, Transactions, Activity Stats
- Money - Payouts, Referrals
- Tools - QR Templates, Achievements
- Account - Settings
Property Scope
If your role is Manager or higher, the header gives you access to your assigned property. Selecting it opens the Business workspace, where you can view team performance, monitor service, review reports, and configure the controls your role permits.
The property sidebar uses the same structure and interaction as the organization sidebar:
- Command - Business home, Overview, Reports, Finance
- Monitor - Visits, Service recovery, Guests, Employees, Departments, Outlets
- Configure - Property settings when your permissions allow it
Organization Dashboard
If you are a Regional Admin or above, the Business workspace also offers your organization - a cross-property command center where you can see portfolio health, compare property performance, manage finance flows, and monitor alerts across all venues.
The organization sidebar contains:
- Command - Business home, Overview, Analytics, Reports, Finance, FinOps, Alerts
- Monitor - Visits, Service recovery, Guests, Employees, Departments, Outlets
- Configure - Organization settings, Team administration, Invitations, Properties
Switching Between Scopes
Use the Dashboard Switcher in the shared header to move between Personal, your Organization, and assigned Properties. Organization and Property are the only Business scope types; there is no separate generic Business scope. Your reporting period remains in the same header while you navigate.
Environment Mode
The dashboard supports live, training, and demo contexts for personal work:

In the personal dashboard, open Settings > Payment to switch between Live and Training. When you switch into Training, Aplauso now asks whether you want to load realistic demo data for practice. That demo setup can create sample properties, departments, outlets, employees, guest visits, ratings, and tips so the dashboard feels like a real operating venue while still using Stripe test data only.
When you switch back to Live, Aplauso removes the training demo data created for that sandbox workspace and returns the dashboard to live-only records. If your employee, department, or property resolves to demo, the dashboard follows that mode automatically.
When a sandbox property or employee is returned to live, the dashboard goes back to live data only. Sandbox transactional data for that scope is purged during the return-to-live process rather than being kept as hidden history.
Signing In
Go to my.aplauso.io in any browser. You will be redirected to Aplauso's auth service to sign in with:
- Phone OTP (recommended)
- Email and password
After signing in, you land directly on your personal overview or, if you are a manager, your role-appropriate management view.
