The Analytics page (Manage → Organization → Analytics) provides a deep-dive into performance across your entire portfolio, powered by BigQuery. Every metric is real data - no sampling or estimates.
Period Selection
All analytics are scoped to 7d / 30d / 90d, selectable via the period picker at the top of the page.
Org-Wide Headline Metrics
Five summary figures at the top of the page:

These are your portfolio-level KPIs - the single source of truth for executive reporting.
Time-Series Bar Chart
A day-by-day bar chart shows tip amount by day across the selected period. The chart covers all properties combined, giving you a clear view of:
- Seasonal peaks and weekday patterns
- Impact of events or promotions on tip volume
- Day-over-day and week-over-week trends
Hover over any bar for the exact amount on that date.
Top-5 Employee Leaderboard
The analytics page surfaces the top 5 performing employees across your entire portfolio for the selected period, ranked by tip amount. Each row shows:
- Employee name
- Property and department
- Tip count
- Total tip amount
- Average rating
Use this to recognize and reward top performers across properties.
Per-Property Breakdown Table
A sortable table breaks down performance by property:

Click any property row to navigate directly to that property's management page.
Structural Counts
Below the breakdown table, static counts from your admin context (stored in Firestore, not BigQuery) show:
- Total employees across the org
- Total outlets across the org
These counts do not change with the period picker.
Filtering and Drilling Down
While the org analytics page shows portfolio-level aggregates, you can drill into:
- Individual properties - click any row or the property name
- Individual employees - click names in the leaderboard
- Department-level - navigate to Departments for cross-property department analytics
