The organization dashboard (my.aplauso.io → Manage → Organization) is the top-level command center for Regional Admins and above. It aggregates data across all properties in your portfolio into a single, real-time view.
Access required: Regional Admin (role ≥ 70). If you are a property manager, you see the property management dashboard instead.
Organization Header
At the very top of the overview page, three headline stats summarize your entire portfolio:

Period Picker
All metrics on the organization overview are scoped to:
- 7 days - compare this week to last
- 30 days - monthly view
- 90 days - quarterly health check
KPI Metric Cards
Four primary metric cards with trend indicators:

| Average Tip ($) | Mean tip amount per transaction |
| Average Rating | Portfolio-wide mean star rating |
| Tip Count | Total number of tip transactions |
Each card shows a % delta badge vs. the previous equivalent period - green indicates growth, rose indicates decline. Mini sparkline charts show the trend trajectory.
Property Health Cards
Below the headline metrics, a PropertyHealthCard appears for each property in your portfolio. Each card shows:

Sort properties by any metric by clicking the column header (if using the table view) or use the card grid for a visual overview.
Signal / Alerts Row
Below the property cards, a Signal Row lists recent performance signals:

Signals link directly to the affected property or employee for drill-down investigation.
Recent Ratings Feed
The bottom of the overview shows recent guest ratings across all properties - useful for monitoring guest sentiment in real time without clicking into each property individually.
