The Finance page (Manage → Organization → Finance) gives Regional Admins and owners a consolidated view of money movement across the entire portfolio.

Finance data is sourced directly from BigQuery financial records. No synthetic data is used.

Earnings Flow

The top of the Finance page shows the earnings pipeline in three stages:

StageColorDescription
PendingYellowTips received but not yet settled by Stripe
AvailableBlueTips settled and available for payout
PaidGreenTips that have been paid out to employees' bank accounts

Each stage shows:

  • Dollar amount for the selected period
  • Percentage of total flow - a visual bar showing what proportion of total tips are at each stage

Use this to identify if funds are stuck at a particular stage (e.g., a high Pending % might indicate a Stripe onboarding issue for some employees).

Time-Series Chart

A bar chart below the flow summary shows daily tip amounts for the selected period (7d / 30d / 90d), aggregated across all properties. This mirrors the analytics time-series but is focused on financial flow rather than raw performance.

Per-Property Tip Share Breakdown

A table shows each property's financial contribution:

ColumnDescription
PropertyName
Tips ($)Gross tip amount in the period
Share %This property's % of org total
Pending ($)Unsettled tips at this property
Available ($)Settled, not yet paid out
Paid ($)Successfully disbursed

Sort by any column to identify your highest-earning properties or properties with disproportionate pending amounts.

Using Finance for Reporting

For ownership reporting: Extract the Paid total for the desired period - this represents actual cash disbursed to employees at your properties. Combine with the Available total for total earnings distributable in the near term.

For auditing: If a property shows an unexpectedly high Pending balance, click through to that property's management dashboard and check individual employee Stripe Connect onboarding status - pending tips often indicate an employee has not completed their payout setup.

For month-end close: Use 30d view on the first of each month to capture the prior month's financial summary across the portfolio.
