Feature Flags

Feature flags are top-level switches that enable or disable major capabilities across your portfolio:

Allow Multi-Property

Enable portfolio management. When on, you can manage multiple properties under one organization account and access cross-property analytics. Turn off only if you operate a single venue and want a simplified interface.

Enable Guest Tracking

Track guest visits and build loyalty profiles. When on, the Visits workspace and guest history features are activated across all properties. Guest stay data (check-in/check-out events correlated with tips) is collected and surfaced in the Guests section.

Enable Cross-Property Insights

Activate portfolio-level analytics. When on, the Analytics and Finance pages aggregate data from all properties. Required for the organization overview KPIs and the per-property breakdown tables. Disable if you want to restrict analytics to the property level only.

Publicly Visible

Organization visibility. When on, your organization profile may be listed or visible in Aplauso's platform directory. Turn off for private/unlisted organizations.

Saving Changes

Click Save after making any changes. The system calls the updateOrganization() API endpoint, which updates your Firestore organization record. Changes take effect immediately.
