The Activity Stats page in your personal dashboard shows what guests actually do on your Aplauso page before a tip is completed. It turns the guest journey into a clear funnel so you can see where interest is strong, where guests hesitate, and what to improve next.

Where to Find It

Open my.aplauso.io and go to:

Dashboard → Activity Stats

This page is available in the personal employee dashboard only. It focuses on your own guest traffic and interactions.

What It Tracks

Activity Stats can include:

  • Page visits
  • Unique guest sessions
  • Ratings started
  • Tip selections
  • Payment starts
  • Completed tipped visits
  • Rating-only completions
  • Room-charge starts and room-auth success
  • Device mix, route format, language, and traffic-source patterns

The page is designed to help you understand how guests move through your flow, not just the final tip total.

What the Main Cards Mean

At the top of the page, Aplauso highlights the key numbers for the selected period:

Customer Journey Funnel

The Customer Journey section shows how guests progress from:

  1. Visiting your page
  2. Starting a rating
  3. Selecting a tip
  4. Starting payment
  5. Completing a tip

If you see a strong drop between two stages, that is usually the place to improve your signage, wording, or guest prompt.

Recent Momentum and Timing

The page also shows:

  • Recent daily visit and conversion trends
  • The strongest hours of the day
  • The strongest days of the week

This helps you decide when to place or refresh your QR code prompts and when guest attention is highest.

Traffic Mix

The traffic mix section helps you understand how guests are reaching your page, including:

  • Device type
  • Entry source or referrer
  • Link or route format

This can help explain why one placement or sharing method converts better than another.

Important: Your Own Preview Visits Do Not Count

When you open View Rating Page from the dashboard, Aplauso marks that visit as an owner preview and excludes it from your activity totals. This keeps your stats focused on real guest behavior instead of your own testing.

Best Ways to Use This Page

Use Activity Stats to:

  • Compare traffic and tip conversion over time
  • Spot where guests stop before payment
  • See whether certain hours or days perform better
  • Improve QR placement and guest prompts
  • Understand whether room-charge traffic is becoming more common at your property

If your page gets healthy traffic but payment starts stay low, guests may need a clearer reason to continue. If payment starts are high but completes are low, the payment step may need follow-up from your manager or support team.
