Open my.aplauso.io → Settings to customize your Aplauso profile and account. Settings are organized into seven tabs.

Profile Tab

Configure your public-facing identity:

Changes auto-save with a short debounce - you do not need to click a Save button on most fields.

Payment Tab

Manage your Stripe Connect integration and payout behavior:

Stripe onboarding status (requirements due, pending verification, disabled reason) is also displayed in this tab.

Security Tab

Review how your account signs in and where security controls live:

  • Auth Provider - Shows your primary sign-in method (for example Google or verification-code sign-in)
  • Password Changes - Not shown in dashboard because Aplauso does not use password-based sign-in for these accounts
  • Two-Factor Authentication - Managed by your sign-in provider when available
  • Active Sessions - Shows the current signed-in device session

If you signed in with Google, password changes and 2FA are managed in your Google account. If you sign in with an Aplauso verification code or passwordless email flow, there is no password reset screen in dashboard.

Environment Tab

If your account has access to self-service environment controls, Settings also shows an Environment section for your employee record.

When you switch your own employee record into Sandbox or Demo, the dashboard follows that server-resolved environment automatically. You do not need to change URLs or manually choose an API environment.

When your employee record is returned to Live, the dashboard returns to live data only. Sandbox transactional data for your employee scope is purged during the rollback.

Account Tab

ActionNotes
Delete AccountPermanently removes your Aplauso account. Opens a confirmation modal. Irreversible - all tips and ratings history is removed.

If you change your mind after deleting, your Stripe account and payout history remain intact in Stripe directly, but Aplauso data cannot be recovered.
