The kiosk can present an inline card flow and, where the recipient setting and device/browser support it, an instant-pay option. A room-charge path is shown only when that recipient’s resolved settings permit it, and it continues through the current authorization flow. The page does not promise that a particular card brand, wallet, browser, device, guest, property, room, currency, or provider method will be available.
Use the method shown by the kiosk
Review the current amount, service charge, currency, recipient, and method before continuing. Do not attempt to force a hidden method by changing a URL, browser state, or internal request. A provider decline, challenge, timeout, or unavailable method does not mean another method will work, and it does not prove a charge, room posting, allocation, refund, reversal, or payout result.
Handle payment issues safely
Avoid duplicate attempts while a prior payment or authorization is unresolved. Verify the recorded product and provider state first. When escalating, share the authorized location and recipient context, approximate time, visible state, and non-sensitive reference. Never put payment-card, bank, room, password, verification-code, token, or provider-secret data in a Support request.
