Availability can depend on your device, operating-system version, app-store account, region, managed-device policy, and the current release. A Support guide cannot promise that every phone, tablet, store, country, build, or feature is available at the same time.
Install and sign in safely
Install only from the approved source, then open the app and use the current sign-in or account-creation flow. Do not download an unsigned build or share an install link that includes passwords, verification codes, tokens, personal data, or confidential organization information. An installed app does not prove that a role, property, Wallet, payment, or referral workflow is available to the account.
Get help with an install issue
Share the device type, operating-system version, approved install source, approximate time, and non-sensitive error. Do not send app-store credentials, passwords, verification codes, tokens, card data, bank data, or screenshots containing private information.
