The mobile app can ask for device notification permission and lets the user continue without enabling it. Current delivery depends on the device permission, app preference, registered device state, operating system, network, and the platform’s current notification record. A notification category, banner, token, or enabled preference does not guarantee that a particular message will be sent, displayed, delivered, opened, or acted on.

Use the in-app record as the reference

Review the notifications and product records available in the signed-in app. A push alert is a convenience signal, not proof of a tip, rating, payout, account, referral, or operational outcome. You can change available notification controls through the current app and device settings, but those controls do not bypass security messages, provider status, authorization, or a platform suppression or delivery failure.

Keep notification data safe

Do not share notification contents that expose personal, payment, or account data. For help, provide the device type, app version, permission state, approximate time, and non-sensitive reference. Never send a push token, password, verification code, token, card, or bank data.
