Manage access, privacy, and support requests safely

Use roles, scoped Business access, profile settings, privacy controls, and security guidance to give people the access they need without exposing financial or guest information they do not need.

The interface and server both enforce authorized scope.
A manager’s operational access does not make sensitive bank or security details shareable.
Support never needs your password, one-time code, full card number, or bank credentials.

The practical path

  1. 1

Invite or assign people with the least access needed for their job and the correct organization, property, department, or outlet scope.

  2. 2

Confirm access by having the person open the workflow they need, rather than sharing another person’s account.

  3. 3

Use Personal settings for profile, notifications, privacy, and security preferences.

  4. 4

Use the relevant account or access article for sign-in, invite, and role questions before escalating.

  5. 5

When contacting support, provide the affected scope, time, and non-sensitive reference; keep credentials and financial secrets private.

Common questions

Why can a manager not see a worker’s bank details?

Bank and payout-account setup is handled through the appropriate account-holder and payment-provider flow. Operational access should not expose financial secrets.

What do we send Support for an access problem?

Send the affected account email or non-sensitive identifier, organization or property, requested workflow, time, and visible error. Never send passwords, MFA codes, or bank credentials.
