The current Aplauso sign-in at auth.aplauso.io uses a six-digit code sent to a verified phone number or email address. The personal dashboard does not offer password creation, password change, or a separate Security section.
Verification Codes
- SMS codes are delivered through Twilio.
- Email codes are delivered through Resend.
- Codes expire after 10 minutes and are rejected after five failed attempts.
- A newly requested code replaces the previous one.
- Send requests are rate-limited by destination and client network.
Possession of a code grants access to the sign-in flow. Aplauso staff, managers, and legitimate support agents will never ask you to read or forward it.
Protect Your Account
- Keep control of the phone number and inbox used for sign-in.
- Use device lock and email-account security appropriate to your risk.
- Sign out after using a shared device.
- Do not save screenshots of verification codes.
- Treat unexpected code messages as a warning that someone may be trying your identifier.
An OTP proves access to a delivery channel at that moment; it should not be described as a separate password plus two-factor authentication.
Lost Phone or Email Access
If you cannot receive a code, first confirm the full phone country code or email spelling, check spam for email, wait before requesting a new code, and use the other verified method if the sign-in screen offers it for your identity.
If access is still unavailable, contact Aplauso Support. Be prepared to verify account ownership without sharing an OTP, full bank details, or a card number. Business access may also require confirmation from an authorized organization administrator.
Suspected Unauthorized Access
Contact Support immediately with the account identifier, approximate time, device, and activity you observed. Secure the associated phone and email accounts. The dashboard does not currently expose a reliable Sign out all devices control, so do not claim that another session has been revoked until Support confirms the action.
