Business operators and guest-experience teams

Use guest, visit, and opportunity signals in the Business workspace

Navigate organization and property views for experience history, guest relationships, performance, positive opportunities, and service follow-up at the scope you are authorized to manage.

Organization and property views are different scopes, not interchangeable totals.
Guest and visit information must be handled according to the access granted to the signed-in operator.
Use workflow views to prioritize action, then validate details in the permitted record rather than acting on a dashboard summary alone.

The practical path

  1. 1

Choose the authorized organization or property scope before opening a workflow.

  2. 2

Use Visits for experience history and feedback context, Guests for relationship signals, and Performance for comparisons across people or operating units.

  3. 3

Use Opportunities only when the capability is available to your role and scope.

  4. 4

Open the underlying visit or guest record to verify the context before starting a recovery, coaching, or recognition action.

  5. 5

Keep follow-up notes factual and within the data-handling rules for your business.

Common questions

Why do I not see every property or guest record?

Business access is scoped. A missing or restricted record is not proof that it does not exist; it may be outside your permitted organization, property, department, or outlet boundary.

Can a department or outlet operator use every Business view?

No. Lower-scope access is intentionally limited to the workflows and data permitted for that assignment.
