The organization Business view can show records and controls available to your signed-in identity across the organization scope selected in the product. Your role, capabilities, assignments, selected organization, environment, current configuration, and visible filters determine what you can view or change. Do not assume a portfolio view gives access to every property, department, outlet, person, guest, transaction, report, finance record, setting, or action.
Confirm organization, scope, and environment
Before using a record or control, confirm the displayed organization, any selected property or operating unit, active environment, period, and filter. Live, Sandbox, and Demo records are separate. A non-live configuration, activity, report, payment, allocation, Wallet result, or payout does not prove the corresponding Live state.
Organization access is not a substitute for authorized access to a particular person’s personal data, Wallet, payout account, bank information, or private guest record. A page or summary visible in the interface does not override the server’s capability and assignment enforcement.
Read summaries as scoped operational information
Counts, charts, rankings, trends, status, and timestamps are defined by the current view’s available records, scope, filters, freshness, and product behavior. Do not treat a summary as a complete financial ledger, provider settlement confirmation, payroll direction, tax or legal record, service-quality finding, or guarantee of a future payment, guest outcome, or business result.
When an action is available, follow the current authorization and confirmation flow. Do not add, remove, reassign, publish, export, contact, deactivate, or change another record outside the supported workflow. Use approved internal procedures before making a change that affects people, guests, payments, or operations.
Escalate safely
For an organization access or record question, provide the authorized organization scope, visible page or control, environment, selected period, approximate time, and non-sensitive reference. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens, card or bank data, identity documents, or private guest information.
