The Property Business dashboard can show operational records and management controls for the property scope available to your signed-in identity. The selected organization, property, environment, role, capabilities, assignments, and visible controls define what you may view or change. Do not assume every manager or employee sees the same navigation, metrics, people, structure, financial record, alert, setting, or action.
Confirm the selected property and environment
Before interpreting a dashboard record or making a change, confirm the current organization or property selection and active environment. Live, Sandbox, and Demo records are separate. A training or demo view does not prove the corresponding Live configuration, guest activity, payment, allocation, Wallet, payout, or operational result.
Only use records and actions currently available to your authorized scope. A title or access to one property does not grant access to another property, a department, outlet, employee, guest, personal Wallet, bank account, or organization-wide control.
Interpret displayed information carefully
Counts, charts, summaries, status, and timestamps are limited to the current view’s scope, filters, availability, freshness, and product definition. Do not treat an operational dashboard display as a complete financial ledger, provider settlement confirmation, payroll instruction, legal record, performance judgment, or promise of a future outcome.
When a management action is presented, follow its current confirmation and authorization requirements. Do not attempt to add, remove, reassign, contact, export, edit, publish, or deactivate a record outside the approved flow. Server-enforced permissions remain authoritative even when a page or a control is visible.
Escalate safely
For an access, record, or configuration question, provide the authorized organization or property scope, environment, visible page or control, approximate time, and non-sensitive reference or error. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens, payment or bank data, government identity documents, or private guest information.
