Wallet, provider onboarding, and payout information are available only through the current authorized Aplauso product and provider workflow. Aplauso does not expose a self-service public Wallet API. Do not call internal routes, submit a copied token, or use a balance or recipient identifier as authority to connect an account, change bank details, initiate a payout, or obtain another person's financial data.
Verify the current recorded state
Use the Wallet and payout views available to the current signed-in role. A displayed balance, onboarding prompt, provider status, or submitted request does not promise eligibility, verification, fee, tax treatment, processing, payout amount, payment method, arrival date, or deposit. Those outcomes depend on the authorized product and provider state at the time of the operation.

Provide the authorized account or property context, visible state, approximate time, and a non-sensitive reference. Never send bank details, card details, tax documents, identity documents, passwords, codes, tokens, or provider credentials to Support.
