Business does not provide a financial-ledger export. A request for a financial export returns an explicit retired response; it must not be presented as a substitute for payroll, accounting, wallet, or Stripe records.

The supported Business export types are tip activity and ratings. They are available only to an authenticated user with the reports.export capability and only within that user's authorized organization and descendant scope.

Export a supported report

  1. Select the applicable environment and an organization within your assigned access scope.
  2. Narrow the request with authorized property, department, or outlet filters when appropriate.
  3. Set a calendar start date and end date.
  4. Choose CSV or PDF for either tip activity or ratings.

The export service binds any supplied filters to your authorized scope. An ID for another organization, property, department, or outlet cannot broaden the result. Users without export capability receive an authorization error.

Use the files correctly

Tip-activity and ratings exports are operational snapshots, not a certified financial report. They are not a complete statement of processing fees, net employee earnings, wallet balances, bank payouts, tax withholding, or payroll liability. Do not infer those values from a missing financial export.

Before sharing an export, verify the selected environment, date range, scope, row count, and format. The service identifies exports that exceed its safe result limit instead of silently returning an incomplete file. Treat that as a request to narrow the period or scope, not as a complete report.

Reconcile finance separately

For payment, allocation, wallet, payout, Stripe, bank, payroll, or tax questions, reconcile the appropriate authorized source records. Aplauso does not promise a seven-year retention period, a scheduled delivery service, specific export columns, a manager payout-history screen, or a universal payroll mapping in this Business export flow.
