Wallet is the current place to check your connected Stripe balance and recent payout history. It is not a complete, all-time record of every guest tip, allocation, rating, fee, payroll amount, or personal tax obligation.
Open Wallet
In the mobile app, open Wallet from the bottom navigation. In the web dashboard, open Wallet at my.aplauso.io. Confirm the active environment before interpreting a balance or a payout record.
Wallet can show the current Available and Pending balances. Available is the provider-reported amount eligible for a withdrawal now; Pending is not yet eligible. These are separate from guest payment, allocation, and bank settlement stages.
Read a payout record
The payout history is built from the connected Stripe account. A record can include its payout reference, amount, currency, status, requested date, arrival date when Stripe provides one, method, type, and failure code or message when present. Common states include processing, in transit, paid, failed, and canceled.
An accepted withdrawal is not the same as bank settlement. An arrival date can be absent or change. Do not infer a fixed arrival time, bank-statement descriptor, automatic notification, or returned balance from a displayed state.
Reconcile the right sources
Use Wallet payout history to investigate a payout. Use the authorized tip, allocation, rating, payment, and Business export records for their distinct jobs. For financial, payroll, or tax reconciliation, compare the relevant Aplauso records with connected Stripe, bank, payroll, and other authorized sources; none of these stages should be treated as interchangeable.
Wallet does not currently promise a general Transactions navigation item, date/type/status filters, a personal CSV export, a team-wide manager view, or a formula that proves a balance from displayed rows. If records do not match, send Support the non-sensitive record reference, amount, currency, environment, and observed status—not bank credentials, passwords, or verification codes.
