The Wallet page (my.aplauso.io → Wallet) gives you a web-based view of your Aplauso Wallet. It shows what is in your wallet now, what is already on the way to your bank, and your recent withdrawal history.

Before you connect or withdraw, check which mode you are in from Settings > Payment. Training uses a separate test wallet and never charges real cards or moves real money. Live uses your real wallet and real payouts.

Wallet Overview

The top of the page shows three wallet totals:

If your wallet still needs setup, the page shows the exact next step to finish verification and connect your bank account.

Setting Up Withdrawals (First Time)

  1. Open Wallet in the dashboard.
  2. If your wallet is not ready yet, click Open Payment Settings or Complete Verification.
  3. Follow the secure onboarding flow.
  4. Add your bank account.
  5. Return to the dashboard when setup is complete.

Withdrawing From the Dashboard

  1. Open Wallet.
  2. In the Available to Withdraw card, click Withdraw to Bank.
  3. Review your Available Balance and any funds that are still processing.
  4. Confirm the withdrawal in the modal.
  5. The transfer is created immediately and then appears in Recent Withdrawals.

Standard transfers usually arrive in 1–2 business days. New accounts may take longer for the first transfer.

Recent Withdrawals

The lower section of the page now lists your recent withdrawals instead of tip activity. Each row shows:

  • Withdrawal amount
  • Current status
  • Request time
  • Estimated arrival date when available
  • Failure details if a transfer could not reach your bank

This view is the quickest way to confirm whether a transfer is still processing, already in transit, or has landed in your bank account.

Troubleshooting

ProblemFix
Withdraw button is disabledYour available balance is still $0. Wait for funds to clear into your wallet.
Wallet says verification is requiredOpen Settings > Payment and complete the missing identity or bank steps.
A withdrawal shows FailedReview the failure details on the withdrawal row, then update your bank account if needed.
Money is missing from Total BalanceCheck whether it already moved into In Transit or already Arrived at your bank.
Training balance looks different from liveTraining uses a separate wallet and does not move real money.
