Managing Payouts from the Web Dashboard

The Payouts page (my.aplauso.io → Payouts) gives you a web-based view of your payout account and quick access to the Stripe Dashboard for withdrawals.

Stripe Connect Status

The top of the page shows your current Stripe Connect status:

If any of these show as incomplete, follow the prompts to resolve the outstanding verification requirements.

Connecting Stripe (First Time)

1. Click Connect Stripe on the Payouts page.
2. You are redirected to the Stripe Connect onboarding flow.
3. Provide the required identity verification (name, date of birth, last 4 of SSN in the US).
4. Add your bank account via Plaid (instant verification) or manual routing + account numbers.
5. Complete verification and return to the dashboard.

Once connected, the page shows your Stripe account as active.

Opening the Stripe Dashboard

Click Open Stripe Dashboard to open your Stripe Connected account dashboard in a new tab, automatically logged in. From there you can:

• See your current available and pending balance
• Initiate a payout to your bank account
• Review payout history and estimated arrival dates
• Download financial statements (CSV) for tax preparation
• Update your bank account if needed

Recent Settled Tips

The lower section of the Payouts page lists your last 10 settled tips with amount, date, guest name, and status badge. This helps you verify which tips have been included in recent payouts.

Auto-Withdraw

In Settings → Payment, you can enable auto-withdraw - Stripe will automatically initiate a payout whenever your available balance exceeds the threshold you set (e.g., $50). This removes the manual step of logging into Stripe each time.
