Employee setup begins with a phone number or email address the person controls. The current passwordless flow verifies that identity and then presents the applicable personal, business-assignment, profile, guest-entry, or payment steps. The exact order and controls depend on the account, role, invitation, country, environment, payment status, and current product configuration.
Verify your identity safely
Enter a phone number or email address you control and complete the current verification flow. A new verification request replaces the previous code. Never share a code with a manager, colleague, support agent, or anyone else; it grants access to the sign-in flow.
If your organization provided an invitation, enter it only where the current onboarding flow offers that option. A valid invitation attaches the business assignment, role, and location scope defined by the authorized inviter. Do not assume business access until the relevant Business controls are visible.
Complete the controls that are shown
Review the current profile, preferences, and guest-prompt controls as they apply to you. Your display identity and public visibility can be governed by your privacy settings, business assignment, moderation, location configuration, and feature availability. Do not promise a fixed wizard step, free-text prompt, automatic profile publication, QR code, guest link, printable, or immediate activation from this guide.
Check payment readiness separately
Payment and payout availability depend on country, account type, business setup, environment, and current Stripe status. Use the payment status displayed in the authorized product experience. A profile, Reward Code, business assignment, guest link, or Wallet balance does not prove that Live payments or bank payouts are ready.
When an available action opens a Stripe-hosted flow, follow only the current provider instructions. Do not send identity documents, card data, bank data, passwords, verification codes, or tokens to a manager or Support. Do not promise a particular review outcome, time, test mode, payment method, withdrawal, or bank-deposit result.
Confirm the result in the right environment
Before sharing a guest entry point or accepting payments, confirm the displayed recipient, active environment, and available configuration. Use an approved non-live test flow when your organization can access one, and verify the recorded result in that same environment. A Sandbox or Demo result does not prove the corresponding Live payment, report, Wallet balance, or payout.
Get help safely
For a setup issue, share the authorized business scope when applicable, the displayed environment, approximate time, and a non-sensitive error or reference. Never include a verification code, invitation code, password, payment detail, bank detail, identity document, or token.
