Business supports authorized, scoped exports of tip activity and ratings in CSV or PDF. It does not offer a financial-ledger export, an employee-earnings payroll file, JSON or Excel downloads, scheduled drops, customer BigQuery access, or custom schemas through this product flow.
Get an authorized export
You need the reports.export capability. Select the active environment,
an organization in your access scope, an authorized property, department, or
outlet when applicable, and a calendar date range. Then request either tip
activity or ratings as CSV or PDF.
The service enforces that scope server-side. A filter outside your organization cannot broaden the export; a result that exceeds the safe row limit is rejected rather than silently truncated. Narrow the range or scope and run it again.
Do not treat it as a payroll file
These exports are operational evidence, not a payroll register, financial statement, tax form, or settlement report. They cannot establish net earnings, fee treatment, payout completion, withholding, worker classification, or tax obligations on their own. Do not automatically import a file into payroll without an authorized operator reconciling the relevant Aplauso, Stripe, bank, and payroll records and confirming the required mapping with the payroll provider or qualified adviser.
CSV output is protected against spreadsheet-formula injection, but it can contain operational and personal information. Handle it only under the recipient's authorized scope and privacy obligations.
Personal data and other requests
Personal data export and account pause are support-assisted controls; they are not an immediate self-service JSON download or an automatically emailed link. If you require information beyond the supported Business export, contact Support with the authorized organization, environment, period, purpose, and non-sensitive description of the record needed. Do not include credentials, full bank details, or government-identification numbers.
