The Aplauso Guest Kiosk is a browser-based guest experience opened from an authorized recipient link or QR code. The server resolves the intended employee, outlet, department, or property context and the current feature settings for that scope. A link, scan, or displayed name does not give a guest or operator access to private Business records or configuration.
Follow the currently available steps
Depending on the resolved kiosk settings, the guest may be able to rate, select or decline a tip, choose a currently available payment path, or finish without a payment. The screen is the source of truth for what is offered at that moment. Do not promise that every kiosk will show the same prompt, search option, recipient, payment method, fee, room-charge option, language, or post-visit action.
Verify before treating an action as complete
A submitted selection, payment prompt, or thank-you screen does not by itself prove a charge, allocation, refund, reversal, notification, Wallet availability, payout, or arrival date. Use the authorized product record and applicable provider state to verify the result. For a problem, share the authorized location, recipient context, approximate time, visible status, and non-sensitive reference only.
