Employee and team records are managed through the current authorized Aplauso Business workflows. Aplauso does not offer a self-service public API for external bulk creation, update, deletion, role change, assignment, or employee-data export. An employee identifier or an internal route does not authorize a caller to manage a person or access their information.
Respect role and scope checks
The product checks the signed-in identity, organization or property scope, assignments, capabilities, and the requested operation on the server. A visible team page does not give every viewer invitation, role, payroll, payout, analytics, export, or cross-property authority. Use the available invite and management flows, and verify their final recorded state rather than assuming a submitted request succeeded.
Escalate safely
For help, provide the authorized scope, the type of management action, approximate time, and a non-sensitive error or reference. Do not send another person's personal data, identity document, password, verification code, token, card, or bank information.
