Aplauso does not currently offer a self-service third-party REST API for creating or managing Business, employee, tip, rating, Wallet, analytics, or payout records. Routes used by the Aplauso web, mobile, kiosk, and managed-provider experiences are product-owned. Their existence does not grant an external integration permission or create a supported contract.
What is publicly available
The public gateway has a limited pre-registration preview used by the product claim and recovery flow. It accepts only the required claim context and environment, returns only the permitted preview, and cannot be used to administer an account, access another scope, create a payment, change a payout, or query operational records. Do not build a client integration around an undocumented URL, response, or status code.
Use the authorized product workflow
Use the current signed-in Aplauso product for roles, records, payments, reporting, and configuration. Authorization is checked by the server for the current identity and scope; a browser request, copied token, visible page, or internal route name does not extend that access. Provider connections and callbacks are managed through their applicable authorized workflow.
Get integration help safely
For a supported connection or data question, share the authorized organization or property, the product surface, approximate time, and a non-sensitive error or reference. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens, signing secrets, card or bank data, or another person's personal information to Support.
