Aria is the Aplauso Business assistant available when it is enabled for your current signed-in Business context. Aria requires a valid Business scope, environment, and reporting period, and it works only with the records and actions your identity is authorized to access. A broad question does not expand organization, property, department, outlet, person, guest, financial, or environment access.

Ask scoped, evidence-aware questions

Confirm the scope, environment, reporting period, comparison, and visible context before relying on an answer. Aria can help explain current Business information and its limits, compare information where the permitted scope supports it, identify records that may warrant a thoughtful authorized review, and explain current tips, ratings, or settings without treating missing data as an inactive feature.

Treat an Aria answer as a decision-support summary, not proof of cause, intent, fraud, service quality, employee performance, guest preference, financial settlement, payroll, tax, legal outcome, or future result. Review the underlying authorized product records before acting. Aria does not receive authority to override Business permissions or reveal protected credentials, tokens, payment-card data, bank data, or private information outside the current authorized workflow.

Prepare changes; confirm them explicitly

When the product offers a supported Aria action, the required capability and scope are verified by the server. Depending on the action, this can include an authorized structural change, invitation, Demo refresh, or governed configuration workflow. Aria prepares an exact preview first; a material change is not made from a question alone.

Review the proposed scope, effect, and constraints, then explicitly confirm using the current confirmation flow. Prepared actions are tied to the authenticated context and can expire or be cancelled. Do not treat a chat response, draft, preview, or confirmation prompt as proof that a change was completed—verify the resulting product state.

Keep sensitive information out of prompts

Do not enter passwords, verification codes, tokens, card or bank data, identity documents, private guest information, or another person’s personal data. For an issue, provide the authorized scope, environment, reporting period, approximate time, and non-sensitive error or reference. Support can investigate the product record but cannot bypass authorization or infer an outcome from an AI response.
