The Aplauso dashboard presents the personal and Business controls available to the signed-in identity. What you can view or change depends on recorded role, capabilities, organization and location assignments, environment, account type, and current product configuration. A role title, an old bookmark, or a visible navigation label does not prove that a particular action or data set is available.
Personal and Business access are distinct
Your personal dashboard can show your own profile, preferences, activity, guest-entry, Wallet, or payment information where supported. Business access is separately controlled by role, capability, and assigned organization scope. Do not infer that a business assignment grants ownership of another person's profile, Wallet, payout account, or bank details.
If a needed page or action is missing, request the correct assignment or role from an authorized business administrator. Support can investigate access behavior but must not broaden business scope without organization authorization.
Use the active scope and environment shown by Aplauso
Confirm the displayed organization, property, recipient, and active environment before reviewing records or making a change. Live, Sandbox, and Demo records are separate. A related record, result, balance, or report in one environment does not prove the corresponding state in another.
Changing a property's data mode is a verified transition. While it is active, payments and operating changes can be paused. Do not switch an environment or promise an immediate payment, reporting, configuration, or data-purge result during an active guest or payment flow.
Treat views and reports as authorized records
Use only the dashboard controls currently available to your scope to review personal or business activity. Availability, fields, reporting periods, analytics, export options, payment methods, allocation results, Wallet balance, and payout readiness are contextual. Do not rely on a dashboard card, preview, or redirect as final provider-payment confirmation.
Sign in safely
Use the current Aplauso sign-in flow with a phone number or email address you control. Never share a verification code, password, payment detail, bank detail, or token. If access looks incorrect, record the displayed scope, environment, approximate time, and a non-sensitive error or reference for an authorized administrator or Support.
