Your personal dashboard can show recorded information about your own tips, allocations, ratings, Wallet, and payment status when those controls are available to your account. The displayed fields, filters, time periods, environment, availability, and freshness define what the view represents. Do not assume every account sees the same balance, chart, comment, history, payment method, allocation, or payout control.
Confirm scope, environment, and recorded state
Before interpreting an amount or status, confirm the signed-in identity, active environment, selected period, and any visible filter. Live, Sandbox, and Demo records are separate. A training or demo balance, transaction, allocation, or report does not prove the corresponding Live state.
Personal information is distinct from Business administration. A business role does not grant authority over another person's Wallet, payout account, or bank information, and a personal dashboard does not show every business record.
Distinguish guest actions from final payments
A guest visit, rating, amount selection, payment start, redirect, thank-you screen, dashboard preview, or preliminary activity record is not final payment confirmation. A payment outcome is final only after Aplauso records the verified provider event in the authorized environment. Allocation and Wallet recording are separate from the provider event and from any payout.
Do not use a displayed total, estimate, or historical trend to promise future earnings, guest behavior, allocation, payment-method availability, payout eligibility, withdrawal timing, or bank-deposit outcome.
Use payment controls only when available
Payment and payout actions depend on country, account type, environment, business setup, and current Stripe status. Follow the current authorized product and provider instructions when an action is available. Never send card data, bank data, identity documents, passwords, verification codes, or tokens to a manager or Support.
For a discrepancy, provide the authorized scope, environment, selected period, approximate time, and a non-sensitive reference. Do not attach private payment or banking information.
