An Aplauso QR code is a guest entry point for the identity, scope, and environment represented by the current authorized product. It is not a promise that every guest sees the same destination, payment method, recipient, rating, allocation, Wallet result, or payout. Use the code and sharing controls shown for your signed-in account; do not reuse another person’s code or infer that a business role can publish a personal code for someone else.
Start from the current authorized code
Open the current QR, share, or guest-entry control available to your account and environment. The product determines whether a QR image, copy action, sharing action, download, or print asset is available. Do not promise a particular template, branding option, file format, size, resolution, print material, manager workflow, or permanence unless the current product presents it.
Live, Sandbox, and Demo entry points are separate. A non-live QR code or scan does not prove the corresponding Live guest flow or payment readiness.
Validate before displaying a code
Before sharing or printing a code, scan it from a separate device and confirm that it opens the intended current guest entry point in the intended environment. Check the identity and scope shown by the product. Do not enter payment, bank, password, verification-code, token, or private guest data while performing a display check.
Retest after a meaningful account, scope, environment, or product change. If a code no longer resolves as expected, remove or stop using the display and use the current authorized product flow instead.
Use clear, honest printed language
If you make a physical display, state only what the current guest experience supports—for example, that a guest can scan to open Aplauso. Do not claim that scanning guarantees a tip, payment method, allocation, review, receipt, privacy outcome, support action, or bank deposit. Avoid printing sensitive staff, guest, account, or banking information.
