Aplauso account creation is passwordless. Start at auth.aplauso.io, choose the personal or business journey that matches your work, and verify a phone number or email address you control.

Create Your Identity

  1. Enter your phone number or email address.
  2. Enter the six-digit verification code sent by Twilio SMS or Resend email.
  3. Add your first and last name.
  4. Review optional details such as country, recovery email, guest prompt, and invite code when those fields apply to your journey.
  5. Submit the profile and follow the destination shown by Aplauso.

A newly requested code replaces the previous code. Never share a verification code with a manager, support agent, or another employee.

Join an Employer with an Invite

If an employer supplied an invite code, enter it in the optional profile details during personal onboarding. A valid invite attaches the business assignment, role, and location scope defined by the inviter. An invite can be limited by recipient email, expiry date, and number of uses.

If an invite cannot be accepted, Aplauso may continue with a personal profile and show that the business link was not completed. Contact the inviter for a current code; do not assume you have business access until the relevant Business pages are visible.

Start a Business Journey

Choose the business setup path when you are authorized to configure an organization or location. Identity creation does not itself grant organization-wide administration. Complete the business setup steps and use the access scope shown in the Business dashboard.

Payment Setup

Payment availability depends on country, account type, business setup, and Stripe status. Open Settings > Payment to see the actions available to your account. Stripe collects required identity and bank information in its hosted flow; the exact fields and review time depend on the account and region.

Use Training mode for test payment data and Live mode for real payment activity. A profile, Reward Code, or business assignment does not prove that live payouts are ready; rely on the payment status displayed in the product.

After Account Creation

Use the same verified identity in supported Aplauso surfaces. Complete any remaining profile, business-assignment, guest-entry, and payment-readiness tasks shown in the product before inviting guests to tip.
