Invitations connect a verified Aplauso identity to a business scope. The server, not the person sharing the code, enforces the assigned organization, location, department, service point, role, expiry, recipient, and use limit.

Create an Invitation

You need the people.invite capability in the relevant business scope.

  1. Open Business > Team > Invitations in my.aplauso.io.
  2. Select Create invitation.
  3. Choose a standard role or an available organization role template.
  4. Choose the location and, when applicable, the department or service point.
  5. Optionally bind the invitation to an email address and position.
  6. Choose the expiry period and allowed uses.
  7. Create the invitation and copy the generated code.

The default form uses a 7-day expiry and one use, but an authorized operator can choose other values offered by the form. An email-bound invitation can only be accepted by the matching verified account. Share codes only through an approved channel with the intended recipient.

Accept an Invitation

  1. Go to auth.aplauso.io and verify your phone or email.
  2. During personal onboarding, expand the optional details.
  3. Enter the invitation code and finish the profile step.
  4. Confirm that the expected Business access is visible after redirect.

Codes are eight characters and omit ambiguous characters. Acceptance can fail when a code is invalid, revoked, expired, used up, bound to another email, or when you already belong to the same location.

If acceptance fails, Aplauso may preserve your personal profile without adding the business assignment. Ask the inviter to review the invitation status and scope or create a replacement. There is no self-service Join a Property control in personal Settings today.

Track or Revoke Invitations

The Invitations page shows pending, accepted, expired, and revoked records, including expiry and use counts. A pending invitation can be revoked by an operator with the required capability. Accepted access must be managed from the team and role-assignment controls rather than by revoking the used code.
