Open my.aplauso.io > Settings. Identity, interface preferences, and the guest question are separated so each control has a clear effect.
Profile
The Profile section includes:
- Photo: upload an image file no larger than 2 MB.
- Display name: required, up to 80 characters, and synchronized to active employee profiles.
- Email: displayed as read-only because it belongs to the verified sign-in identity.
- Phone: an editable profile contact field. Editing it does not verify a new sign-in number.
- Bio: optional, up to 200 characters.
- Operating currency: selectable only for eligible individual accounts in Mexico; otherwise it is managed by the account or organization.
Profile changes auto-save. Confirm the saved state before leaving the page. Public visibility still depends on your Privacy settings and the guest surface configuration.
Preferences
The Preferences section controls:
- System default, English, Spanish, or French interface language
- Dark mode
- Compact view
- Celebration sounds
Changing your dashboard language does not change a guest's selected language or the language of every external message.
Guest Prompt
The Prompt section lets you select a supported prompt category and one of its prepared rating questions. It does not accept arbitrary free text. The preview shows the question in the current interface language, and changes auto-save.
Photo and Identity Safety
Use an image you are authorized to publish. Do not place IDs, payment information, room numbers, or verification codes in your photo, display name, or bio. If a business controls your public identity, confirm changes with the authorized manager.
