The current Aplauso Wallet flow submits the available amount shown to the connected Stripe payout account. It does not provide preset amounts, a custom-amount field, published minimums or maximums, or an instant-versus-standard selector.

Before You Can Withdraw

You need a wallet with a Stripe connected account that is onboarded, enabled for payouts, and has a payout method. Open Settings > Payment or the payout-setup flow to address any requirement shown by Aplauso or Stripe.

Do not enter bank details into a chat, support ticket, or Aplauso form outside Stripe's hosted onboarding or account-management pages.

Withdrawing from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Aplauso app and tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Your Available Balance is shown at the top (this is the amount you can withdraw now).
  3. Tap Withdraw.
  4. Review the available amount Aplauso will submit.
  5. Confirm the request.

The server verifies the account, environment, amount, and idempotency key before asking Stripe to create the payout. A request greater than the Stripe-reported available balance is rejected.

Withdrawing from the Web Dashboard

  1. Go to my.aplauso.io and open Wallet.
  2. Select Withdraw to bank.
  3. Review the available amount and confirm.

Available Balance vs. Pending Balance

Your wallet shows two balance figures:

Balance TypeMeaning
AvailableCleared and ready to withdraw now
PendingEmployee allocations or dividends that are not yet eligible to withdraw

You can only withdraw from your Available balance. Payment, allocation, wallet availability, withdrawal, and bank settlement are separate stages. Check the recorded status and Stripe estimate rather than inferring a fixed timeline from the tip date.

After the Withdrawal

The Wallet history shows the payout amount, requested date, state, arrival date when Stripe provides one, method, type, reference, and any failure code or message. Common states include processing, in transit, paid, failed, and canceled.

Creating a payout is not bank settlement. The arrival date can be absent or change, and Stripe or the receiving bank may require more information. Do not promise a fixed arrival time, automatic email, automatic push notification, or bank-statement wording.

Withdrawal Troubleshooting

  1. If Withdraw is unavailable, check the available balance and complete any payout requirement shown in the connected-account flow.
  2. If the request fails or remains unresolved, review its Wallet history record, including the state, failure code, and failure message when present.
  3. If the destination account needs changing, use the Stripe-connected payout setup—not an Aplauso support form—to update it.
  4. If you need help, send Support the non-sensitive payout reference, amount, currency, and requested date. Never include full bank-account numbers or other credentials.
