The server checks access before returning the available analytics. A chart, ranking, comparison, trend, or summary is evidence for authorized review, not proof of cause, service quality, employee performance, guest intent, settlement, payroll, tax, fraud, or a future result.
Confirm what the view represents
Check the selected organization, property, environment, period, comparison, filters, currency, and any availability notice before relying on a result. A non-Live result does not establish a Live outcome, and an available portfolio summary does not grant access to every underlying person, property, payment, or provider record. Do not infer a complete history or a fixed refresh cadence from a screen.

Use the current authorized record and follow-up control for any next step. Analytics does not authorize a payout, refund, adjustment, allocation, employee action, guest contact, or publication. For help, provide the authorized scope, environment, period, visible state, and non-sensitive reference; never send private, payment, bank, password, code, or token data.
