Your Wallet can show the balance, availability, payout setup state, and withdrawal records available to the signed-in personal account in the selected environment. The controls, amounts, currency, status, history, and arrival information shown in the product are the source of truth. Do not assume every account, country, environment, or role has the same Wallet or withdrawal controls.
Confirm the account, environment, and available balance
Before relying on a Wallet amount, confirm the signed-in identity and active environment. Live, Sandbox, and Demo records are separate. A non-live balance, setup result, withdrawal, or payout status does not prove the corresponding Live state.
Only the current amount shown as available is eligible for a withdrawal request when the control is available. A tip, guest payment, allocation, Wallet availability, withdrawal request, and bank settlement are separate stages. Do not treat a recorded payment, total balance, pending balance, or successful request as proof that money has reached a bank account.
Complete payout requirements safely
Wallet availability depends on the current connected-account and payout state. Follow the current Aplauso and Stripe instructions shown in the authorized Wallet or payment-setup flow. Requirements can vary by account, country, environment, and provider status.
Use only the Stripe-hosted onboarding or account-management experience when it is presented. Never provide bank details, card data, identity documents, passwords, verification codes, or tokens in a chat, support ticket, or to a manager.
Request and track a withdrawal
When the authorized Wallet control is available, review the amount and confirmation details before submitting the request. The server rechecks the account, environment, amount, and request idempotency before requesting a payout from Stripe. A request can be unavailable or rejected when the current requirements or available balance are not met.
Use the Wallet history to inspect the amount, requested date, current provider status, and any arrival, method, type, or failure information the product makes available. Common displayed states can include processing, in transit, paid, failed, and canceled. An arrival date can be absent or change; provider and receiving-bank outcomes are final.
Get help without exposing financial data
For a Wallet or withdrawal issue, provide the authorized scope, environment, approximate time, and non-sensitive reference or error. Do not promise or attempt a retry, refund, reversal, destination change, payout timing, or bank deposit outside the current authorized product and provider workflow.
