An Aplauso QR code opens an authorized guest link for the intended recipient or Business context. Once opened, the product resolves the current recipient presentation, scope, environment, and kiosk settings. A printed image, copied link, or scan does not grant access to Business configuration, private records, another recipient, or a payment method that the page does not offer.
Check the page after scanning
Before sharing or displaying a code, open it and confirm the visible recipient and current environment in the authorized product. Replace an asset if the product identifies it as invalid, inactive, or no longer appropriate for the intended context. Do not promise that a QR code permanently preserves a name, recipient, feature set, payment method, rate, allocation, or guest journey; those are resolved by the current product state.
Protect guest and Business data
Place codes only where your authorized operating process permits them. Do not encode passwords, verification codes, tokens, bank details, card data, private guest data, or internal configuration in a QR asset. For a problem, send Support the authorized context, approximate time, visible result, and non-sensitive reference.
