The Aplauso mobile app is the primary tool for employees to view their earnings, accept tap-to-pay tips, and manage their payout account. It is available on both iOS and Android.

Tap to Pay requirement: To use the Tap to Pay feature for contactless payments you must have an iPhone XS or newer (iOS). On Android, your device must have NFC hardware and Android 8.0+. All other app features work on any supported device.
Step-by-Step Installation
iPhone
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Tap the Search tab and type "Aplauso."
- Tap Get next to the Aplauso app (icon: teal hand clapping).
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
- Once installed, tap Open.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for "Aplauso."
- Tap Install on the Aplauso listing.
- Once installed, tap Open.
First Launch
The first time you open the app you will see a four-slide welcome tour:
- Boost Your Earnings - overview of the digital tipping model
- Get Paid Instantly - Stripe-powered payouts
- Track Performance - ratings and analytics
- Build Your Brand - personal QR code and profile
Tap Get Started on the final slide to proceed to sign-in.
Troubleshooting Installation

Keeping the App Up to Date
Enable automatic app updates in your phone settings so you always have the latest version with security patches and new features. If you need to update manually: App Store / Play Store → your profile icon → check for updates.
